It Might Be the Right Time, but it's the Wrong Watch

In terms of mens fashion it is an all too often overlooked point that the watch reveals the real man.After so much time and expense has been invested in a new outfit it can all too often be spoilt by an inappropriate timepiece.  So how do you  go about choosing from the range of mens designer watches available to find the one which will complete your look?  Consider the following points:

Decide whether your watch is going to be used every day or just for special occasions.You may not think it will matter too much however the difference in styles is massive.  If budget isn’t an issue then ideally you should have a watch for both occasions after all it is awful to see someone wearing a sports watch with their suit. 

Before you go shopping, make sure that you decide on a budget and then more importantly - stick to it.You should always be realistic about the sort of watch you can expect to be able to purchase but at the same time don't compromise on the quality.It can be quite hard to find a balance between these two as quite often the price is an indication of the quality of the product.In the end it just comes down to what you can afford.

Don't make a final decision on a watch immediately.It's obvious advice but it really pays to shop around.  Not only will you give yourself a better chance of finding a watch that you will be comfortable wearing and will reflect your personality, but you may be able to find a watch at a better price elsewhere.  Remember that a second opinion is also useful so it can be a good idea to take a friend along when you are purchasing the watch.

Finally, never ever buy a watch that you thought looked good on someone else.It suited them nicely because they have their own style and personality - as do you.
