Quality: The quality of the course was another thing that really made us happy.They did go out of their way to make this guitar learning experience very easy.They have tons of instructional videos that have great songs like you would hear on the radio, and they have awesome guitar players.This would all be pointless if the program didn't work, but as stated it does work really well. There have been high reviews from sites such as Gibson.com, and other renowned guitar blogs.

Service: Full phone and email support are provided.  As long as you contact them during normal business hours you can almost guarantee prompt service. Online Support: A strange feature that is provided is full online support. The reason is it strange is that no other services that we found provided this level of support.  You will also get access to a members only area that is worth its weight in gold.
