Guitar Speed Exercises – Stop having slow fingers

To be able to play the guitar correctly, one must drill guitar speed exercises while at the same time working to develop accuracy. Guitar solos are learned by practicing all types of music that require one to hone his or her speed and accuracy skills. With dedication there are exercises that can help you achieve speed and accuracy. Start with tri-tone and third-root exercises that give your fingers a good warm up. Using specific guitar speed exercises will help develop stronger fingers. Without and hand-strength, the speed that you have attained will be worthless. It is absolutely vital to build and maintain finger strength when playing guitar. You must train both hands, almost more so than a boxer. One slow hand and one fast hand doesn’t make sense… Proper usage of the pick is another piece of the puzzle for faster fret board movement.
