The Elements Necessary to Build a Massive MLM Team
There are many programs and many formulas for assisting you create your MLM Business however ultimately the fact is, is that it is up to you to step up and make it happen.
You need to get over whatever is holding you back and work hard to learn and develop in each and all the phases of MLM development.
Yes you need leads, however until you grow enough to make your team you will end up failing at your MLM company. The phases of growth of any MLM are:
1) Recruitment.
If you are not consistently recruiting on the frontline, you will not succeed.. I would love to demonstrate how to consistently recruit people into you opportunity but it is your decision and up to you to do it. You never, ever want to stop front line recruiting into your MLM. It doesn’t matter if your team continues to grow without you, there is not one reason for you to ever stop frontline recruiting.
2) Duplication.
You do not strive to duplicate yourself because you are unique and you need to celebrate that uniqueness in order to build a team. What you have to duplicate is the system and tools for success.
3) Team Building.
Once your team has started to grow, you need to identify the builders on your team and work with them. Your efforts need to be directed at the folks that are getting results. Yes, you make available tools for everybody, but work with the winners. Work with the folks that are self-motivated and making it transpire. You can work through the other people on your team, as they know people you don’t, and use their means to come across more builders.
4) Leadership Development.
This is the ultimate and most crucial step for creating lasting and ongoing residual income. Find builders withing the group of recruits, develop builders into leaders, and most importantly get out of their way. Help them all you can but do not sabotage who they are and realize that leaders will lock you downline beneath you if you support them completely.
It is important for you to understand that your downline growth and size will be the result of 5 or 6 leaders beneath you, it becomes evident that you will need to sift through a huge number of people to stumble on them. So many persons are hung up on why their downline isn’t doing anything. Well the truth of the matter is that they are not supposed to do anything. You simply haven’t found enough people.
The common question I get is ” How many is enough?” I don’t know. The question you should be asking is , ” How bad do I want this?”
