Get Rid of Belly Fat Fast
You will see many theories on how to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. You will hear strength training is best, or traditional cardio, or maybe interval training. Some experts say that you should exercise 60 – 90 minutes a day to build strong abs and lose belly fat. Ninety minutes a day is over than 10 hours a week dedicated to exercise – who has that kind of time?
Decreasing your overall body fat will decrease your belly fat also. The best way to lose that fat won’t take 10 hours a week of exercise – or even 6-8 hours a week. We aren’t pro athletes – you can lose fat and gain muscle in just 45 minutes a day, three days a week. A five minute warm up starts your routine. The best warm up exercises are bodyweight exercises – they will prepare your body for the workout to come. Next do strength training supersets: two exercises per body part, done back to back with minimum rest between each exercise and 6-10 reps per exercise. This is a set. Rest 60 seconds between each set. Use whatever exercises you want – even more bodyweight exercises – to work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest, quadriceps and calves. Follow with 18 minutes of interval training. Your cardio exercise should start with a warm up, then 60 seconds of maximum effort, then 2 minutes of regular effort – this can be any cardio exercise you choose. Continue this for a total of 5 times, end with a cool down.
Change your workout every four weeks to include different weight training exercises for each body part and different interval training exercises. modifying your program keeps you from hitting a plateau, keeps your body always building new muscle and will keep you from getting bored.
