According to researchers at Harvard University, obesity is a factor in 19% of all cases of heart disease with yearly health costs estimated at 30 billion dollars; it’s also a factor in 57% of diabetes cases, with health costs of $9 billion for each year.

There is a good possibility that you have fallen for some of the popular weight loss diets that promise quick and easy weight loss. Countless of these popular diets are not good for your health and they sooner or later end in disappointment when the weight is regained. Fad or rapid weight loss diet programs commonly exaggerate one kind of food. They breach the underlying theory of good nutrition – to stay healthy one must eat a balanced diet, that consists of a range of foods. These trendy weight loss programs don’t concentrate on trustworthy, healthful or lasting weight reduction, which are the most main things.

This self-cannibalism, or catabolism as it is referred, naturally starts with the breakdown of stored body fat.
