At the age of sixteen I left high school; not because I was not clever enough to stay on for further education but because I had had enough of people at school mocking my speech impediment. The stutter also affected my ability to meet girls as I basically did not have the confidence to talk to them. My stuttering mind convinced me that I could do no better. I was unhappy where I worked, but just accepted it; I did not feel able to put myself through the interview process again.

I now run The Stop Stammering Centre where I run one-to-one stuttering help courses to help people to achieve fluency.
