The idea of the race is to get to the bottom of the hill the quickest and in one piece. It sounds easy but it is harder than it sounds, many people concede a few bruises and cuts in an attempt to try and finish the race. The winner gets 5,000 euros given to them for free plus an abundance of free champagne and wine. The event itself is considered to be quite important in the German calandar and people would not want to miss out on it as it is taken quite seriously.
Last year, a man named, Hans Muller won the championship for the town’s fastest office chair racer and he donated his winnings to a local charity which is quite a regular occurrence for the competition winners. On the whole it is a great opportunity for people to go and have some fun, drink some beer and have some great food. All in all this is a nice event for people to all mix in with their families and enjoy socialising with the community.
I believe we should start a fun league in England for office chair racing as it has got to be some amazing fun!
The Fonejacker to make a third series
E4’s hit comedy The Fonejacker will make a third series, with the first and second series making such a huge impact on the web its been on the cards for a while now, the brand new series is to be played on e4.com and leading social network MySpace before its television transmission.
As with the first series, fans of the award-winning show, which returns for a third run of 10 programmes, will have an opportunity to view the first episode at www.myspace.com with the full TV episode split into four segments. The first part will be available on MySpace from May 2nd. Segments two and three will follow on the 7th and 8th, with the final part available on the 9th. The Fonejacker is broadcast on E4 on the 11th of May at 10pm.
As part of the collaboration, The Fonejacker is being given a huge advertising presence across the MySpace network in the UK, including extensive homepage advertising. The Fonejacker MySpace community boasts over 10,000 friends.
MySpace and E4.com will also show Unseen Fonejacker episodes, a series of short online specials that run in conjunction with the main series, featuring new characters from kyvan’s Novak (the shows creator) arsenal. The first Unseen Fonejacker clips will be available after episode 1 goes out on E4. Making a special guest appearance in the first episode is James Marsters who starred as Spike, the punk-goth vampire, in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel. “I am really excited about the character I am playing. I can’t say too much about him, except he is naughty and a bit of a psychopath.”
Sarah Martin, Marketing Manager for E4, said “Getting programming out to where our viewers are is an ongoing and important part of E4’s strategy. It’s great that we’re able to reward Fonejackers fans by giving them the chance to watch it ahead of it being on the channel”

Should You Use Fluoride or Not?

This behavior effectively side steps each person’s right to choose. On the other hand, the choice of personal dental care products is just that: a choice. Each person as the right to choose whether he uses fluoridated rinse and toothpaste.
When it comes to adding fluoride to the drinking supply, many scientists and professionals are against the use of fluoride while many others are in support of it.
